Your mission:
You will be part of various projects, managing transverse engineering related topics in the chemical industry.
Your challenge! (Roles and responsibilities)
You will be responsible for process engineering calculations, process simulations and the design of equipment or devices.
As a lead engineer, you will also be in charge of making process studies, submit process alternatives if needed, establishing process safety measures.
You are the dedicated advisor on process-related topics of the site’s installations.
You can take an active coaching role in the team.
Your talents: (Qualifications)
- You have a master’s degree or PhD in chemical engineering
- Experience in the chemical environment
- You are an expert in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer and separation processes
- You use simulation software for complex heat exchanger designs, stationary and dynamic process simulation and complex distillation / absorption column designs
- You have minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering
- You are fluent in English, Dutch
