Your mission:
You will integrate a leading Engineering Company serving industries including Full-Service Engineering for clients in Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology, Medical Technologies, Oil and Gas, Advanced Technology, Science & Education, Food & Beverage and Energy.
Your challenge! (Roles and responsibilities)
- As a Process Engineer you will support the project managers for the engineering, design and execution supervision of Clean utilities distribution systems, generation equipment, Autoclaves and process equipment (sterile vessels, bioreactors, centrifuge systems, UF systems …)
- Your task is to evaluate the different alternatives for these systems and the equipment.
- You will specify the most appropriate systems and equipment for the user requirements, propose the process flow diagrams (PFD’s) and the process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s) and make the capacity calculations, on top you will develop the functionality (
- You will lead a design team to produce the 3-D model, piping layouts, views and isometrics for construction.
- Once detailed engineering phase is complete, you will submit tender specifications.
- During the execution phase you will supervise the contractor and assure the correct implementation of the systems designed.
- You will organize and follow the start-up of these systems and assure their validation.
Your talents: (Qualifications)
- Chemical, Electro-mechanical or Process engineering degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Fluency in French, English and Dutch is required
